I typically deliver the edited images within 4-6 weeks after the photography session. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the volume of images and any additional services requested.

Consultation appointments can be made at my availability by contacting me. I would prefer to schedule the senior session two weeks out from the consultation for the purpose of planning or researching locations if needed.

I require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your session date and the remaining balance due 3 days before the session.

Cancellations made 48 hours after signing the senior session contract will receive a full refund including the retainer. Cancellations made within 3 days of the senior session booked date will receive a refund of any fees paid minus the retainer. Cancellations less than 3 days notice of the senior session booked date, without agreed upon circumstances stated in the senior session contract, will forfeit the retainer and all fees paid.

Approved locations are where the photographer and client can conduct a senior session without trespassing or violating any property rights. With the owner's written permission, we may also have a photography session on private property, such as a home, garden, or commercial building.

Yes, you can share your photos online with friends and family. If your purchase includes digital downloads I will provide you with a digital release that allows you to use the images for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Each senior session package includes an online gallery. The gallery includes an online store with a secure checkout. The store offers prints, wall art, and personalized graduation cards. Print items purchased through your gallery will have shipping charges and will be delivered by carrier to your mailing address. The digital release provided will allow you to use any national lab for prints for personal and non-commercial use.

I strive to provide high-quality photography services and ensure my clients are satisfied with the results. If you are not satisfied with your photos, I will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments as agreed upon in a signed contract stating terms and conditions.

Your gallery will be made available to claim your downloads or make additional purchases of prints, wall art, or additional digital downloads for 45 days from the date delivered to the client unless agreed upon otherwise. There will be a gallery reposting fee if requested after the agreed upon gallery expiry.
